I’ve been living in Taiwan for over a year now and I feel incredibly lucky to be here. Alongside Wind&Bones co-director Will Buckingham I’ve been working on a freelance basis across the country producing and leading all kinds of writing, storytelling and creative events.

So far I’ve delivered lectures, pop up creative events and workshops as well as undertaking a writing residency (I have another writing residency up in Taipei in January 2025 too). I’ve co-facilitated a philosophy salon series and undertaken consultancy, editorial work and lots more.

Amongst all of this I have also been writing too and recently I’ve started to write my third book-length collection of stories inspired by living in this lovely place. It’s going to be a fiction collection featuring stories about ghosts, grab machines, hornets, earthquakes, typhoons, fortune tellers and more.

I don’t have a working title for the collection just yet, but stay tuned and I’ll keep you updated as the book develops.
